By installing the Cartini Chrome extension or using the Cartini website (cartini.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Cartini.

What Cartini is

Cartini is a free Chrome extension that lets you save products from online stores into wishlists, track price changes, and share lists with others. The extension stores data locally in your browser.

Acceptable use

You may use Cartini for personal, non-commercial wishlist and price tracking purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use Cartini for automated scraping, data harvesting, or commercial resale of price data
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the extension's functionality
• Use Cartini in any way that violates applicable laws

Price data accuracy

Cartini retrieves price information from third-party retailer websites. We do our best to detect prices accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every price is correct, current, or complete. Prices may change between the time Cartini checks and the time you visit a store. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

Cartini is not a price comparison service, financial advisor, or shopping recommendation engine. Price tracking is provided as a convenience and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

Intellectual property

The Cartini name, logo, website design, and extension code are owned by Cartini. Product images, names, and prices displayed within the extension belong to their respective retailers and are shown for informational purposes only.

Shared lists

When you share a wishlist, you are responsible for the content of that list. Shared lists are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share lists containing content you do not have the right to distribute.

Disclaimers

Cartini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartini and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension or website. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from inaccurate price data, missed price drops, or purchasing decisions based on information provided by Cartini.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cartini after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
